Accommodation

All participants have the option of booking their accommodation directly with one of the following conveniently located hotels close to the conference venue Confex in Cologne.

Room allocations for participants of the Joint i-SAIRAS & iSpaRo Conference 2026 have been arranged via KölnCongress (operator of the Confex venue) in several hotels (2–4 star category) located directly at or near the venue.

Participants are free to book their accommodation using the booking portal below or via other well-known booking platforms.

• Especially if you wish to stay at one of the hotels within walking distance of Confex, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation by 15 September 2026 to secure availability and benefit from the negotiated room rates.
  Important:
• Reserved hotel allotments are guaranteed until 15 September 2026
• After this date, not all special negotiated room rates may still be available. Some rooms from the reserved hotel allotments may remain available afterwards at daily rates depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed by the conference organizer.

• Participants can book their accommodation via the booking portal above.
• All listed hotels offer special rates for conference participants.
• Accommodation availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All rates are quoted per room per night and include VAT.
• Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
• Please check the cancellation policy with the hotel when making your booking.
• An additional 5% city tax applies to hotel stays in Cologne.
